I was very pleased with the response to our 2 week series titled “Leak Week“. With what was supposed to be the Dotgotit Mixtape Vol.2 we emptied our archives for fans and artists alike to enjoy what we have been secretly sitting on for the past two years. What we have here is the full collection of Leak Week tracks plus a few that didn’t make the series now compiled on to one mixtape for your listening pleasure. It was an honor to work with these artists and although right now a DGI Mixtape Vol.3 is not in our plans we still intend to support and motivate these artists to create music that surpasses the average. G featured “Don’t Wanna Hear It.” Today, the Beantown representative is back with “Go To Sleep,” this time bringing his homestead crony Slaine (of La Coka Nostra) into the fold along with New Jersey’s MaddMaxxx for a solid dose of horror-core. Produced by Vherball, whose crafted tracks for the likes of Ill Bill, Chief Kamachi, Ill Bill, Undergods (Canibus & Keith Murray), Louis Logic and more, the Toledo based producer provides the ideal backdrop for Reject et al. to cause you to do just about anything other than the title suggests..

A comic inspired video due to Godilla’s interest in comic books and the the title of the song based on the Marvel character. The video is a another example of Godilla’s mission to bring back east coast inspired boom bap back to the forefront.
